We use rootstocks tailored to the soil and climate conditions of our region. This technical decision enhances resistance to common root diseases like Phytophthora cinnamomi and extends the productivity and lifespan of the trees.

We grow and export Hass avocados using specialized technical management practices that deliver consistent quality and competitive attributes for international markets. The size number is the count: how many fruit fit in the box. Actual availability of each size is confirmed campaign by campaign.

When you select a size, the box fills with exactly that count of fruit and each fruit changes scale accordingly. The net weight of the box does not change.

Integrated pest and disease management
We apply a rational combination of biological, cultural and chemical strategies to reduce pesticide use while improving crop quality and sustainability, aligned with the expectations of responsible markets.
Technically based balanced fertilization
Our fertilization program is based on soil and leaf analysis, providing essential nutrients at key stages of tree and fruit development. This results in better quality avocados in terms of flavor, size and oil content.
Sustainable water management
We use efficient irrigation systems, such as localized drip irrigation, to optimize water use. This contributes to both environmental sustainability and crop profitability. Efficient water use is one of the points audited under the GLOBALG.A.P. SPRING add-on.
Strategic and functional pruning
Our pruning techniques improve airflow, sunlight exposure and harvest conditions. They also help manage tree size and stimulate fruit production under optimal conditions.
Lot-level traceability
The whole operation works by lot number, with a guaranteed chain of custody: from the tree to the box, and from the box back to the row.

The lot number travels in all of them and allows the fruit to be traced back to the row it came from.

Each logistical step is designed
to preserve product quality.
Each shipment travels under controlled conditions, with real-time tracking of every container. The postharvest documentation is provided in writing before a programme is closed.

- 02Hours from picking to cold, and pulp temperature at loading. The protocol is adjusted to your market.
- 03Who packs, with a name and a packhouse certificate. It is issued with its number and audit date.
- 04Shipping line, port of loading and transit to your port. Confirmed in writing.
- 05On-time shipments and claims over the last 24 months. The complete record is provided.
- 06Claims policy. Notification deadline, survey and credit note, defined in writing.
Annual capacity and weekly cadence.
We export an average of more than 3,200 tons per year, in around four containers a week. At peak the cadence rises; the weekly ceiling per programme is confirmed in writing against the campaign in progress.
